Penny is recognised as a highly successful International Organisation Development Consultant, having led and designed significant transformational change initiatives over the past 25 years. Prior to this, she held commercial and managerial roles in the Financial Services Market. She creates lasting impact by challenging and supporting others to explore their attitudes, assumptions, behaviours, and decision-making processes through a range of interventions, such as:

- Strategic Processes
- C - Level Coaching
- Team Effectiveness Events
Penny supports PwC globally on a range of projects; for example, Global Relationship Partner Development events (covering a range of topics); and she has been central to developing and delivering the firm's client relationship strategy, working with Global Leaders and Senior Partners. She is one of the lead facilitators for PwC’s key talent programme (‘My Way’).
Penny also works at a senior level with Ministers, Finance Directors, Presidents, and General Managers in the following organisations: UK Government, Irish Life and Permanent, PwC, Shell, and HSBC.
Her particular interests include: Communication Strategies; Whole Systems Change; CRM; Diversity; Creating Empowered Cultures; and Performance Management processes.
Penny has a Masters Degree in Management Learning from Lancaster University (UK).
In addition to her Client work, Penny is the Director of Business Development for Core Context Consulting and the Marketing and Communications Non- Executive Director for British Dressage (the governing body for dressage in the UK). In support of Core Context Consulting’s sponsorship of several professional sports men and women, Penny provides personal coaching on increasing confidence and presence, and on career management.
