We work closely with no more than six organisations, in order to
work with depth and breadth. We engage with both business and learning
agendas; paying attention to individual, team/departmental; and
organisation issues in parallel. We have formal and informal partnership
arrangements with other consultants. This is how we can resource
our international assignments with the very best change agents.
Some examples of current work include:
Working at Board level to identify business opportunities and develop strategic insight and direction.
Large scale cultural change – working at all levels of
the organisation. Workshops have included: vision building; improving
the effectiveness of the key business processes; developing performance
management approaches; resolving conflicts between functions.
1:1 mentoring and coaching at Director level, addressing personal
and organisational issues.
Working with Senior Managers to identify their role in leading
a major shift in managing customer accounts.
Leading a Senior Executive Development Programme involving project
work on strategic business issues and residential modules –
designed around a competency model. The delegates are drawn from
Europe and the U.S.
Developing internal ‘Change Agents’ i.e. building
a community of approximately 35 Managers – in support of
large organisation change.
